‘Here’ is a mock city project that connects places to ideas across creative fields. There are 30 locations recognised by Here across Melbourne, identified by their marker, just one aspect of their identity system. They have an app with city maps to direct the users to different markers and provide information on each location and its creative counterpart.
The system features bright colours and a unique marker that reflects the quirkiness and unexpectedness that flows from creatives. This marker appears differently across the location; it may appear as a 3D structure or a vinyl adhesive depending on placement and conditions.
